Shipping policy
We have a fulfillment center in the United Kingdom. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shopping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form our other fulfillment center in Europe.
We use Royal mail, Hermes, DHL, Amazon, UPS, SF Express to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.
Our delivery will take 5-15days. Please fill in the receiving address and other information carefully to confirm the information, so that we can deliver it to you as soon as possible.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order.
Returns and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@raydlinx.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
